ANÁLISIS COMPARATIVO DE LOS CRITERIOS CONSIDERADOS PARA LA AUTOEVALUACIÓN EN LAS GUÍAS DEL SINAES-COSTA RICA. COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF CRITERIA CONSIDERED FOR THE SELF EVALUATION IN THE SINAES-COSTA RICA GUIDES.

Este articulo es el resultado de un proyecto de investigacion desarrollado desde el Centro de Evaluacion Academica de la Universidad de Costa Rica, que se propuso como uno de sus objetivos, valorar a fondo los cambios que ha ido realizando el Sistema Nacional de Acreditacion de la Educacion Superior de Costa Rica –SINAES- en los criterios que deben seguir las carreras que optan por una autoevaluacion. Se presenta entonces una sintesis de los referentes teoricos que indica la agencia sustentan las guias, una valoracion al respecto, y finalmente, el resultado del analisis comparativo de los manuales que en el 2000 y 2009 propuso SINAES, los cuales han sido utilizados tanto a nivel publico como privado por carreras de diversas areas.Palabras clave: autoevaluacion, evaluacion, acreditacion, rendicion de cuentas, educacion superior,  mejoramiento, criterios, modelo CIPP.AbstractThis article is the result of a research project from the Academic Evaluation Centre of the University of Costa Rica, which proposed as one of his goals; thoroughly assess the changes that have been making the agency in charge of the accreditation in Costa Rica: -SINAES-, on the criteria that have to follow the courses or professions who opts for the auto evaluation. Then, it presents an overview of the theoretical framework indicated by the support agency guidelines, a review about it, and finally, the results of the comparative analysis of the manuals on 2000 and 2009 proposed by SINAES, which have been used both in the public and private ambit,   in courses of different fields of study.Keywords: autoevaluation, evaluation, accreditation, accountability, superior education, improvement, criteria, CIPP model.
