Nuevos métodos de gestión del conocimiento: consulta nacional de administradores públicos con prospectiva participativa

This paper presents a new methodology of strategic prospective: "Wide Consultation of experts based on a tri-axial methodology of possible future scenarios" which is a combination of two methods, each one, with innovative modifications, in order to one, be applied through the internet, and second, to be tested as a tool forn participative planning in ESAP. An informal group of professors at the ESAP gathered and discussed about current research topics related to Public Administration in universities and research centers worldwide. They asked the following question to a group of professionals in the region: according to your expertise and professional activity field, what training and support do you require to improve your performance in the period of post-conflict with the FARC? This question was made, based on a list of topics they elaborated; the list was adjusted and complemented to the Colombian reality and it had three different uses. First, it served as a way to explore people’s necessities to act more efficiently in the place they inhabit, second, it allowed to establish a better understanding of the training differentiated requirements, and lastly, it shows ESAP’s efficient, reliable and solid support to its graduates and regional authorities.
