Public policy makers in higher education prioritize in their current agendas the fostering of entrepreneurial culture. In this article we describe the experience of the project GAZE, which is based on governance, i.e. students, as the final users of the public policy program, are actively participating in its design. This article provides some empirical results of the entrepreneurial workshops they did, and the list of the recommendations they made.
