We show in this paper how the frames act in the meaning construction. For this, we focus on the ecological-cognitive approach of the Cognitive Linguistic based on two analytical categories: frames and metaphoric projections. Methodologically, we propose a qualitative analysis of descriptive nature from an analysis of “As Baleias” lyrics, composed by Roberto and Erasmo Carlos in 1981.
