In this article are some reflections on the creation of the course on Brazilian Literature for Foreigners and the conduction of the classes as a freelance teacher in a languages school in Sao Paulo from May to June 2015. This is a case study and an attempt to contribute to the newly established field of research on teaching Brazilian Literature for speakers of other languages in Brazil.
