OZET Normal korkular fizik beden icin bir ‘alarm sistemi’ vazifesi gorurler. Fobiler denetlenemez ve panik olusturabilirler. Fobilerde yasam; korku cevresinde duzenlenir ve yasam kalitesi oldukca olumsuz etkilenir. Literatur sonuclari; saglikli yasam davranislarinin, fiziksel aktivitenin arttirilmasi, saglikli beslenme, alkol ve sigara kullaniminin azaltilmasi gibi, fobiler uzerinde de dolayli yoldan olumlu etkilerinin oldugunu gostermektedir. Bu makalede korku ve fobi kavraminin insan yasamindaki yerini tanimlamak ve saglikli yasam davranislarinin fobiler ile iliskilerini sunmak amaclanmistir. Anahtar kelimeler: Korku, Fobi, Saglikli Yasam Davranislari ABSTRACT Normal fears serves as an 'alarm system' for physical body. The phobias cannot be controlled and can create panic. In phobias, the life is organized around this fear and quality of life quite negatively affected. Results of literature showed that healthy lifestyle behaviors, such as increasing physical activity, healthy diet, reducing the use of alcohol and cigarettes, have positive effects on phobia, indirectly. This article aimed to define the concepts of fear and phobia in human's life and to provide the association with phobias of healthy lifestyle behaviors.
