espanolEste articulo presenta un analisis sobre el uso de internet y la television educativa en jovenes y ninos en edades comprendidas entre 7 y 17 anos de edad. A partir de analisis documental desde un enfoque cualitativo tipo documental y una entrevista, se identifican variables asociadas al uso de internet y programas educativos. Conclusion: Factores asociados al uso de internet y la television educativa son factores personales, factores de apoyo familiar e institucional (maestro); factores actitudinales, factores sociales e impacto: positivo asociado a relaciones, aprendizaje, y negativos asociado a salud, adicciones, rendimiento academico negativo. EnglishThis article presents an analysis on the use of internet and educational television in young people and children between the ages of 7 and 17 years. Based on documentary analysis from a qualitative documentary type and an interview, variables associated with the use of the internet and educational programs are identified. Conclusion: Factors associated with the use of internet and educational television are personal factors, factors of support family and institutional (teacher); attitudinal factors, social factors and impact: positive associated with relationships, learning, and negatives associated with health, addictions, negative academic performance. portuguesEste artigo apresenta uma analise sobre o uso da Internet e da televisao educativa em jovens e criancas entre 7 e 17 anos. Com base na analise documental de um tipo documental qualitativo e uma entrevista, identificam-se variaveis associadas ao uso da internet e programas educacionais. Conclusao: fatores associados ao uso da Internet e da televisao educacional sao fatores pessoais, fatores de apoio familiar e institucional (professor); fatores atitudinais, fatores sociais e impacto: positivo associado com relacionamentos, aprendizado e negativos associados a saude, vicios, desempenho academico negativo.
