QUALITY OF LIFE RELATED TO HEALTH, ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION IN PEOPLE WITH CARDIOVERTER The literature refers that quality of life and functional, psychological status of the people with cardioverter its affected. Objective: describe the relationship between the quality of life related to health, anxiety, and depression in people who carry cardioverter. Method: Quantitative, descriptive and correlational study, cross-sectional in which 85 patients which participated with a device implantation between 2013 and 2015 at the University Hospital of Bucaramanga, Los Comuneros; sociodemographic variables and SF -36 V2 instruments Anxiety Inventory and Beck Depression were collected. Results: The sample was composed mostly by men, with age range between 36 and 92 years old. Quality of life related to health showed average negative correlation with anxiety (r = 0,622 p < 0.000), and moderate with depression (r = -0.599, p = 0.000), and the depression (β = -, 891 p: .000): Through models simple and multiple regression, the effect on the quality of life for anxiety (, 000, 844 p β =) was confirmed, with degree of statistical significance for both. Conclusion: It was found that depression and anxiety, behaved as predictive factors for low levels of quality of life related to health, so it is essential to identify them during nursing assessment to improve the quality of life on patients with electrophysiological disorders.
