The present work is channeled through various topics closely related to the “Criminal Law of the Enemy”, to conclude some of the issues that have caused more blisters among criminal attorneys, and that translates into the heated debate between those who endorse and justify legislation against enemy and those who repudiate their management, because of its clear directive repression. The author gives us his perspective supported with reflections and data within the national context and its fight against organized crime.
