As someone diagnosed with autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD) almost 20 years ago, I am grateful for the opportunity to provide my perspective on the CJASN article “Presymptomatic screening for intracranial aneurysms with autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease” ([1][1]).
