Thin film TiO2 on graphite substrat have been prepared by means of chemical bath deposition. Surfactant cetyltrimethylammonium Bromide serve as linking agent of synthesized TiO2 to graphite substrat. The optical microscope and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) indicate that surfactant concentration affect the pore morphology of thin film, which is including in mesopore category, based on Surface Area Analysis (SAA). The anatase TiO2 quantity are arised as the surfactant concentration increase, thus yield high efficiency of induced photon conversion to current (% IPCE).
