Chronic pain acceptance, life style with pain, and restriction related chronic pain questionnaires were used for pain acceptance, life style with pain and restriction related chronic pain measurement, respectively. All of these questionnaires are standadrd instruments for elderlies. Independent t-test and linear regression by SPSS software )version 21( were conducted for data analysis. Results: There was a positive significant relationship in pain acceptances and life style with pain )P > 0.001, B = 0.41( as well as negative significant relationship between pains acceptances and restriction related chronic pain )P > 0.001, B = -0.15(. Furthermore, a negative significant relationship between life style with pain and restriction related chronic pain )P > 0.001, B= -0.43( was obtained. conclusions: Elderlies with more pain acceptance had better life styles with pain and lesser restrictions. Moreover, in the elderlies with better life styles with pain, lesser restrictions were observed.
