Desarrollo de la competencia investigativa desde los semilleros de investigación

In this working paper, it is presented various topics related to the importance of research in institutions of higher education, especially in the context of the Military school of Cadets 'General Jose Maria Cordova'. We firstly make a synthesis of the development regulations for research in Colombian education. Then we continue with the analysis of the topics such as formative research and research training; the concept of "research competence", and the importance of research incubators. Finally, it is proposed that "visibility" can be seen as a pedagogical strategy for creating research incubators, conceiving also it encourages the development of research competence in the context of formative research.
