The fact that motivated this research was the female personnel incorporation as future officers of the Colombian Army, since a group of 62 women enrolled in the first semester of 2009 at the ‘General Jose Maria Cordova’ Military School of Cadets, a military male personnel training, founded on 1 July 1907, by General Rafael Reyes Prieto.
