The ability to compose a document is a basic requirement for a job, which is a necessary requirement for smooth performance and communication. Therefore, students should be taught to develop the ability to create documents that suit situations and objectives based on their understanding of industrial sites and to perform their work systematically. In particular, it is necessary to analyze specifically the tasks that the students want to support, and to incorporate the principles and elements of communication that are appropriate for them in the contents of education, and to be able to provide practical help for employment. In this paper, I looked for a way that students will prepare creative ideas based on the lesson plans, write them as ppt materials, and practice them in the final presentation, so that they can improve their ability to write documents and express their thoughts convincingly. This is expected to contribute to strengthening the students' employment capability and to be equipped knowledge as a preliminary society person.
