Relationship of Emotional Labor and Job Satisfaction among Clinical Nurses: Content Analysis

The purpose of this study is to synthesize and indentify the stydies that delineated the relationship between emotional labor and job satisfaction in clinical nurses in Korea. Seven computerized databases were searched, including RISS, Koreanstudies Information Service System(KISS), DBpia, KMbase, KoreaMed, National Digital Science Library(NDSL), nanet. Only papers published in Korean were included. According to the research, fifteen studies, from 254 reference screened, were included the final analysis. All studies were non-experimental and used correlational analysis. All studies were found a significant negative relationship between emotional labor and job satisfaction.
