The authors have analyzed 116 fb{sup -1} of data collected by the BABAR detector for {Xi}{sub c}{sup 0} production. In this paper they describe the observations of {Xi}{sub c}{sup 0} production from c{bar c} continuum and from B decays, with the {Xi}{sub c}{sup 0} decaying into {Xi}{sup -}{pi}{sup +} and {Omega}{sup -}K{sup +} modes.
