Recent experimental results on radiative and semileptonic B meson decays are described. Measurements of inclusive and exclusive b {yields} s{gamma} and b {yields} s{ell}{sup +}{ell}{sup -} decays, and exclusive B {yields} {rho}{gamma} and B {yields} K{nu}{bar {nu}} penguin decays are presented. The extraction of |V{sub cb}| from inclusive B {yields} X{sub c}{ell}{nu} decays and from exclusive B {yields} D*{ell}{nu} decays is also discussed.
