Time-dependent B{sup 0}{bar B}{sup 0} flavor oscillations and B{sup 0} and B{sup +} lifetimes are studied in a sample of fully reconstructed B mesons collected with the BABAR detector, running at the PEP-II asymmetric e{sup +}e{sup -} B Factory with center-of-mass energies near the {Upsilon}(4S) resonance. This is the first time that time-dependent mixing and lifetime measurements have been performed at {Upsilon}(4S) energies.
