This report describes the most significant results to emerge from recent work done by the W and M group, and the Ph.D. thesis work of Rick Kahler, a student who just received his degree in September, 1996. These include results from the first complete relativistic calculation of the three body binding energy, a new covariant calculation of the deuteron form factors, and a study of the origin of the effective scalar exchanges which are needed in the OBE models
