The Engineering and Projects Departments of ICF Kaiser have requested the development of a data base system to track training certification records of employees assigned to their respective divisions. The requested system is to provide division administrative staff with a flexible tool to track the status of employee completion of assigned project training and reading assignments based on established division/project discipline prerequisites.
