The prediction and verification of the neutrino are reviewed, together with the V-A theory for its interactions (particularly the difficulties with the apparent existence of two neutrinos and the high-energy cross section). The Brookhaven experiment confirming the existence of two neutrinos and the cross section increase with momentum is then described, and future neutrino experiments are considered. (D.C.W.
