The most important accomplishments and major contributions are tabulated with citations to published work. The more important unpublished contributions deal with the early events in ATP formation by chloroplasts, energy linkage in reaction steps of oxidative phosphorylation, molecular integrity of parental DNA, bound pyrophosphate and $sup 18$O-exchanges by inorganic pyrophosphatase, and glutamine synthetase exchanges and mechanisms.
