The RHIC interaction region (IR) correction system, consisting of multi-layer correction packages located next to the IR triplets and independently powered, has been commissioned during the year 2000 run. A frequency analysis technique has been tested as a beam-based method to set the IR correctors. It minimizes the resonance driving terms, caused by eld errors, order by order. Beam measurements of the run 2000 are presented and discussed.
