This essay tries to be a creative way to approximate different concepts and approaches such as the Impressionist paintings, Nietzches power concept and even the pipe of Belgian surrealist artist Rene Magritte around the innovation theme. Innovation is the new 'mantra' of modern organizations and many times it is treated with focus in problem solving instead of freeing the creative potential of human beings. Thus, the innovation is a process, or like a road that argues for techniques and talents, freedom and also inspiration. The essay brings this inspiration and it tries to enhance the comprehension of innovation as a process and the importance of relational side of enterprise.
