Ozet Gelisim acisindan oldukca kritik bir donem olan okul oncesi donem, cocuklara sosyal becerilerin kazandirilmasinda da oldukca onemlidir. Okul oncesi alaninda calisan egitimciler ve arastirmacilarin, cocuklarin sosyal becerilerini degerlendirme ve bu dogrultuda desteklemeye yonelik calismalarina yon verebilmeleri icin cesitli olcme araclarina ihtiyac duyulmaktadir. Bu ca lismada, Milli Egitim Bakanligi’nin musteri kurum oldugu, Gazi Universitesi’nin yurutuculugunde TUBITAK destekli “Okul Oncesi Sosyal Beceri Destek Projesi-OSBEP” projesi kapsaminda, okul oncesi 36 ay-60 ay ve uzeri yas grubu cocuklarin sosyal becerilerinin degerlendirilmesi amaciyla gelistirilen olcme araclari ve yontemlerine yer verilmistir. Calismada, egiticilerin egitimi sonucunun degerlendirilmesi amaciyla OSBEP Egiticilerin Egitimi Bilgi Testi, Etkinliklere Dayali Yansitma ve Degerlendirme Sorulari, Etkinlikler icin Ogretmen ve Cocuk Gozlem Formlari, Ogretmenler icin Sosyal Beceri Gelisim Gozlem Formu, Performans Gorevi olcme araclarinin gelistirilme surecine yer verilmistir. Anahtar Kelimeler: Okul oncesi, Sosyal beceriler, Sosyal beceri olcme araclari Abstract Being a very critical period as regards with development, pre-school period is of high importance in equipping children with social skills. Some measuring instruments are needed in order educators and researchers studying pre-school period to be able to evaluate the social skills of children and shape supportive studies accordingly. In this study, measuring  instruments and methods developed with the aim of evaluating social skills of 36-month and 60-month and over 60-month children have been examined within the scope of “Support Project of Pre-School Social Skills – OSBEP” supported by TUBITAK and conducted by Gazi University, in  which National Education Ministry is a customer agency. Besides, with the aim of evaluating the result of education of educators, the process of developing measuring instruments such as OSBEP Knowledge Test for Education of Educators, Reflecting and Evaluating Questions Based on Activities, Teacher and Child Observation Forms for the activities, Observation Form for Teachers’ Developing Social Skills, and Performance Task has been included in this study.
