In the present study; some physical and chemical properties of hawthorn (Crataegus spp.) genotypes growing in Uşak province. Fruit samples were taken from 15 hawthorn genotypes growing in the region. As physical properties of genotypes; fruit width and height, fruit weight, number of cores and core weight were determined. Biochemical contents of genotypes; PH, acidity, total phenolic substance, antioxidant capacity (DPPH) and total anthocyanin contents were investigated. The fruit weights, fruit size and fruit width were found to be between 0.964.03 g, 10.48-17.43 mm and 12.53-19.94 mm in the examined genotypes, respectively. The study; total phenolics, antioxidant capacity (DPPH) and total anthocyanin contents of hawthorn genotypes were determined as 960.003626.00 mg GA/g. 2.38-6.12 μg cy-3-glk/g and 19.24-59.24%, respectively.
