El descrédito de la dialéctica discursiva

The aim of this paper is to pay attention to a discredited conception of dialectics, which attempted to recreate Aristotle's account. The paper emphasizes the philosophical background of Schopenhauer's art of getting the best of an opponent in a dispute, and identifies especially both the old Greek discussion rules and the positive and original issues of this modern account.
