The Telecommunications Law Act (in Polish: Prawo Telekomunikacyjne, hereafter: PT) was subject to a number of amendments in 2011 introduced by the Amendment Act of 14 April 2011 and the Amendment Act of 16 September 2011 as well as by the separate Act of 30 June 2011 on the implementation of digital terrestrial television.
