The paper deals with the problem of service quality,quantification of the level of quality and evaluation ofservice quality in freight road transport companies. The impactof the transport service quality on the performance of roadfreight transport is necessary to quantify a level of servicequality but also define and objectively evaluate theperformance of road freight transport with the help of anappropriate set of performance indicators and methods. Forexamining relation and quantification of the transport servicequality impact in road freight transport it is necessary toapply the appropriate method. This paper includes practicalapplication of particular method, as well.
