Chronic periodontic-endodontic lesions are not common in clinical practice and their regenerative capacity has long been questioned. There are not enough published studies evaluating the application of guided tissue regeneration technique in combination with endodontic treatment in periodontic-endodontic defects. This 1,5 years old case report follow-up study evaluated the clinical and radiographic outcomes of guided tissue regeneration used to treat a periodonticendodontic lesion of a tooth.
