The aim of this research was to looked the crop mucosal gland histologicalof native chicken (Gallus domesticus), duck (Anser anser domesticus), and pigeon(Columba domesticus), each total three of them.Sample used is crop from native chicken, duck and pigeon. Tissue of crop each animal taken and processed microtechnic with hematoxylin-eosin staining (HE) and observed under a microscope.The results showed differences between the crop mucosal gland of the native chicken and duck.Crop mucosal gland of the native chicken round, while duck oval. At native chicken or duck crop mucosal glands of crop scattered in the lamina Propia. The number of crop mucosal glandof native chicken more than the crop mucosal gland duck. The pigeon didnot find crop mucosal gland in the lamina propia.
