GAMBARAN HISTOPATOLOGIS HATI IKAN NILA (Oreochromis niloicus) YANG DIBERI CEKAMAN PANAS DAN TEPUNG DAUN JALOH (Salix tetrasperma Roxb)

This study aims to ascertain the effect of commercial feed supplemented with Salix tetrasperma Roxb leaves powder with doses of 0, 5, 10 and 15% of the histophatological changes of nile tilapia fish ( Oreochromis niloticus) undergroned head stress. Experimental animals used were the gesit titalia fish with body weight ranging from 35-40 g and saample used were nile tilapia’s liver. This study was design with a completely randomized design (CRD) unidirectional pattern with 5 treatments and 3 replications. The treatment of heat stress for tilapia fish was given temperature at 35 ± 1° C for 4 hours each. Negative control group (K-) are not given heat stress nor Salix tetrasperma Roxb leaves powder. Where as the positive (K+) were heat stress only. Treatment groups I, II, and III (PI, PII, and PIII) were heat stress and Salix tetrasperma Roxb leaf powder with each Concentration of 5%, 10%, 15% respecttively. The treament was carried out for 30 days consecutive. On day 31, liver from all fish were taken for histopathological examination. Data were analyzed with analysis of variance. The average degree of livers necrosis in the treatment of K-, K+, PI, PII, and PIII respectively was 10.5: 30.2 ; 20.2; 25.6; and 26.0. The average number of melanomacrophages in a row row 0, 387.7, 363.7, 381.7, and 383, 0.however the avarage The average number of inflammatory cell infiltration respectively was 78.3, 267.7; 255,0; 264,0 and 271.0. Statistic analysis showed that administration of Salix tetrasperma Roxb leaves powder reduce number of degree liver necrosis with heat at 35±1° C, but not significantly different (P>0.05) to the number melanomakrofag and infiltration of inflammatory cell. Based on the result of research, it can be concluded that the Salix tetrasperma Roxb leaf powder o commercial feed suplementation of 5% (PI), can reduce the level of necrosis, melanomacrophage and infiltration of inflammatory celss the liver tissue os talapia.
