The principle of accumulation by dispossession, which was developed by David Harvey from the postulates of Marx and Luxemburg, allows to explain certain logic of the capitalist system, especially those related to the processes of over-accumulation of capital. However, an open-reading allows us to consider its application, also, to international relations in asymmetrical character that occur between States and even between territories, when one of them acts as occupier. This work is carried out that exercise of application from the different strategies of dispossession that take shape in the occupied territories (land use policies, construction of settlements and the wall in the West Bank, evictions in East Jerusalem) and who have reached their final stage in the blockage to the full-membership of the Palestine State to the General Assembly of the United Nations, in November 2012.
