El paradgima de la red: bases para una nueva interpretación del territorio y de los procesos escalares de la urbanización

This article is based on the state of the art on the emergence of the network paradigm and its interpretive capacity in present rescaling forms of production, urbanisation and regulation. For this reason two theoretical-interpretive agendas on reconfiguration of geography of capitalism are established. The first is based on the explanation of the interrelation between the restructuring of the (re)productive system —urban-territorial rescalingand of regulatory state system —state rescaling-; the second deals with the emergence of urban polycentric regions as geographic units in which major transformations operate and through which the reconfiguration of capitalism is furthered.
