The aims of this study were to (1) describe AIDS-related knowledge, perceptions, and risky behaviors of impoverished African-American and high- and low-acculturated Latina women; (2) delineate relationships involving high-risk behaviors; and (3) determine whether risky behaviors differ by race and levels of acculturation.
