Department of Education's position, as it relates to this proposed conveyance, your existing campus has no bearing. We did not transfer that property. The Federal Real Property Assistance Program has no interest or oversight authority in your campus that was acquired via an economic development conveyance (EDC). If we are to make this transfer, we will only be concerned with educational activities on this site.
