An opportunity for the rural school child equal to that of his city brother is the text of this article. Interest the parents by making the schoolhouse the community center. They will then realize what it stands for. Rest rooms are needed and playgrounds and the general development of the spirit of play, together with medical inspection and regular physical exercise.
