Our study aims to introduce a dynamic interval ratio method calculated using cervical hyperextension-flexion X-ray films. Secondarily, we aim to evaluate the relationship between the posterior atlanto-occipital interval ratio and cervical spondylotic myelopathy and explain the rationale.
