The prognosis for unresectable locally advanced pancreatic adenocarcinoma (LAPC) remains poor. There is increasing interest in modern ablative techniques to improve outcomes. We report on the potential value of integrating percutaneous irreversible electroporation (IRE) in patients undergoing systemic chemotherapy.
