Hepatoid Adenocarcinoma (HAC) is a rare type of adenocarcinoma with adenoid and hepatocytelike differentiation that occurs outside liver. It has high malignancy, strong invasiveness and poor prognosis. The tumor can occur in multiple organs, most often in stomach, and cases of primary lung are extremely rare with few reports.
