Increased the risk of heart failure and comorbidities in patients with gout treatment: a population-based cohort study

Our study revealed that gout could increase the risk of HF. Gout treatment in Taiwan cannot improve HF and actually increase the risk for HF after combination therapy for gout. The public health burden of gout should be resolved in the future.
