We have been studying the mechanism and control method for electromagnet-type microrobots that have a volume of 1 cm 3 . Running straight andmaking turns with just a single electromagnet coil is the feature of the microrobot I developed. Newly developed microrobot is controlled by a wireless remote controller using the difference in the vibration characteristics of the left and right legs of the microrobot.
