The purpose of this research was to determine whether there are differences in attitudes towards learning in the face of the use of the Tics of teachers of the Higher Technological Institute of Technology Idat of the professional careers of Administration and Systems. With a descriptive, comparative methodological design, and a sample of 120 teachers, who were given a questionnaire to assess the attitude (cognitive, affective and behavioral) towards learning versus the use of Tics. The results showed a predominance of The Systems career with respect to the career of Administration, and in making the comparisons the alternate hypothesis was confirmed: if there are significant differences in attitude (cognitive, behavioral)towards learning against the use of the Tics of the teachers of the Systems career compared the teachers of the management career of the Higher Technological Institute "IDAT".
