This research attempt to exploring to what extend the Patterns of learning based on kolb's learning model and the development of leadership talented to the teacher in Basic education state, Khartoum, Sudan. As the ultimate goals of education is to evaluate thinking to the highest  goal which is increasing the brain capacity to understand and implemented , and  conclude and to enable the learner to acquire and master cognitive skills that help him/her  to organize and store information and accurate way in order to achieve sustainable development.  The researcher has used the descriptive approach to conduct the study on random sample of a100 male\female teachers in basic education in Khartoum state during academic year 2013- 2014. The researcher has used Kolb scale translated by Kamal Hashim 2005 and adapted by the researcher. Kolb's learning model to investigate patterns of learning and how it s relate to the development of leadership talent by using statistical analysis (SPSS) to measure the correlation. After conducting the data processing to find validity and reliability, validity of the scale for measuring, the study has conclude that there is f the scale for measuring the position   being measured, The study has conclude that there is a preference for some styles as evidence by the presence of statistical significant level 0.5 per teachers response when preferring one of the methods.  The result s of the study show that there are challenges that restrict the teacher creativity and ingenuity when using his\her favorite teaching strategies; these challenges are attributed to community – oriented culture  of learning by heart and recitation of materials.
