No complexo social os valores e as caracteristicas culturais, produzidos na pratica social, expressam a direcao a ser dada a formacao tendo em vista os processos de reproducao do ser social. No caso do capitalismo, o elemento fundante das relacoes sociais e a economia, de tempo e na producao de mais-valia. No desenvolvimento cotidiano de suas atividades, os homens, ao buscarem a realizacao de si mesmos enquanto membros de uma sociedade reagem as formas exploratorias que retiram dos Sujeitos a plena possibilidade de realizacao. No caso da formacao de professores, a tendencia de formacao de um profissional capaz de lidar com situacoes singulares. No entanto, a singularidade deve ser compreendida a partir de sua relacao com a totalidade social. O desafio que se coloca parece se concentrar no resgate das mediacoes, dos mecanismos de incorporacao e nos de resistencia e negacao, presentes no cotidiano. Palavras-chave Formacao; Pratica social; Formacao de professores Abstract In the social complex the cultural values and characteristics, produced in social practice, express the direction to be given to the formation, in view of the processes of reproduction of the social being. In the case of the capitalism, the most important element of the social relations is the economy of time and in the production of plus-value. In the daily development of its activities, the men, when searching the accomplishment of itself as members of a society, react to the exploratorias forms that remove of the Citizens the full possibility of accomplishment. In the case of the teachers formation, the trend of formation means a professional capable to deal with singular situations. However, the singularity must be understood from its relation with the social totality. The challenge seems to be concentrate in the rescue of the mediation, the mechanisms of incorporation, as well as the mechanisms of daily resistance and negation.
