Nurse Job Satisfaction Compare with Healthcare Personnel: A Cause Cross Sectional Study

The aim of this study was to study of factors influencing job satisfaction of healthcare personnel and comparison with the Job Satisfaction (JS) of nurses Methods: This descriptive analytical cross sectional study was carried out on 301 workers who work in NSH in year 2014 and with use of stratified random sampling. The tools used in this study were standardize JSS job satisfaction questioner and, Questioner including demographical, preference and poll from worker. In this study we used descriptive statistics (mean, percent) and inferential statistics (t test, ANOVA, Correlation) and for analysis of data we used SPSS programmer version 16. Results: Samples consist of 301 subjects were 27 (9%) Technician operating room and anesthesia (TOA), 81(26.9%) nurse, 18(6%) midwife, 43(14.3%) Doctor and Specialist (DS), 66(21.9%) work in Administrative Jobs (AJ), 33(11%) work in Para clinical Jobs (PJ) and finally 33(11%) work in Practical Jobs (PRJ). Among staff variables, Age (P<0.001), Experience (P<0.001), Work position (P=0.018) and Education (P=0.001) have statistical relationship and sex (P=0.125), Marital (P=0.320) and type membership (P=0.07) had shown statistical relationship. In this study TOA had less, DS and PJ had more and PRJ and AJ had same JS rather than nurses. Conclusion: We can improve JS with increasing importance of worker personality and salary and fringe benefit. The results of this study propose a necessity applied actions to equal JS among different medical working group
