The most important task of local governments, the closest to the citizens and the body of democratic governing is to provide common local services fitting the expectations of citizens. Local governments coming to work with selection, especially municipalities in these, to acquire again selection are depends on provide the satisfaction of the local people. In this study, the satisfaction of the people from municipal services measured in the case of the Municipality of Usak. In this study applying the survey questionnaire 384 citizens living in Usak, it was also investigated that differentiation by age, gender, occupation, education level and income level of citizen satisfaction with municipal services.
