Resumo O gene NR5A1, que codifica a proteína SF-1, é fundamental para no desenvolvimento adrenal e gonadal, além de estar envolvido na diferenciação e determinação do sexo. Mutações nesse gene podem estar relacionadas a diferentes fenótipos de Distúrbios da Diferenciação do Sexo (DDS) e infertilidade masculina. Deste modo, o objetivo desse estudo é a triagem molecular do gene NR5A1 em 14 pacientes com infertilidade masculina.
