Trabalho interdisciplinar e equipe multiprofissional em um serviço de apoio aos estudantes do ensino superior

This work is an experience report, which seeks to describe and problematize, in the light of the concept of interdisciplinarity, the work routine of a multidisciplinary team in a students support service in student assistance at the Federal University of Sao Paulo. The description of this routine is discussed in the field of studies on higher education, seeking to place it within the recent public policies for the expansion of Brazilian higher education. The report points to the possibilities and limits of working in an interdisciplinary perspective, it does not seek to define or establish standards for how multiprofessional teams should act, but rather to contribute to reflections on student support services and the need for training professionals, suggesting interdisciplinary work as a possibility, based on the discussion of cases from these services.
